When we take on a new student who wants to learn about real estate investing, the first thing we tell them is that they need to use their minds in order to create an environment for success. Sometimes they are shocked because this isn't the first thing that most students think of when they are trying to achieve real estate investing success. However, mind control is one of the best things you can do to achieve any sort of success in life, whether it's in house flipping or any other business venture. What most people in real estate investing don’t realize is that house flipping success is very much tied to how you think and ask for things from the Universe. The 3 Step Formula for House Flipping Success: 1. Ask to be successful as a real estate investor The first step in real estate investing success is to ask the universe for that success. Sit down and write it out on a piece of paper. It needs to be written in the present tense. You can start by saying"“I am so grateful that the universe has enabled me to make all hundred and $35,000 per year investing in real estate”. You must be very clear on what you want and state it positively; otherwise the forces that bring you success will not know what to bring you. This only makes sense. When you order a book from Amazon, you keep watering it until it comes to you. You earn only once, don't you? It's easy, just place the order and wait for it to arrive at your doorstep. 2. Behave as if you already received what you've ordered - believe The next step is quite simple: just believe that what you've ordered has already arrived. Just have complete faith that what you have ordered has already come into your life. This is all you really need to do in this step. If you placed an order in a catalog, once you place it you KNOW it will come, you relax, kick back and know it will come. This is the exact same thing as when you are ordering success as a real estate investor. Believe that what it is you asked for has already come to you and you are enjoying its benefits now. As soon as you place the order, and believe that you already have it, the entire universe shifts to bring it to you. 3: Receive House Flipping Success Start each day feeling fortunate and thankful that what you asked for has already arrived into your life. Feel the way you will feel once it arrives. Make a vision in your mind of your success; tell your friends and family about your real estate investment success and feel every day as if that successes already come to you. Visualize real estate investing and the money that comes to you and the fabulous feelings you feel about being so successful. Really feel it. Don't think about how it will come to you.When you start thinking about how it will come, you are sliding down the slippery slope of doom.Your job is not “the how”. The “how will I achieve success flipping houses” is not your part in the creative process. It's just this simple…don't worry about how your dreams will arrive all you need to do is believe that they already have arrived. Far too often when we don't see things happening the way that we really want to, we often times get discouraged. Whatever you do, don't let this happen. Don't accept this failure viewpoint, simply replace it with positive thinking and an undying faith though what you have ordered will come to you. Just have faith that what you asked for, is on its way to you. And when it arrives, you will feel fantastic. Begin to feel incredible about it is that you want. Simply feel the way that you would feel when it arrives. Envision yourself proudly telling your spouse, your friends your family how successful you become flipping houses. You need to feel it actually already having happened. It's very important that you feel it deep within your soul. Then wait for it to come to you. Act every step of the way, as if you already received it. Ask once. Believe you have received it. Feel good about already receiving it. And once you draw this, real estate investing success will be yours.
